• 専業の養蜂家であり、各シーズンのカレンダーに関わらず、それぞれの花の開花時期や天候をみてベストなタイミングで採蜜しています。
• 蜂蜜にできるだけ酵素を含ませるように巣箱で十分熟成させます。
• 非加熱で不純物を取り除くために、高密度ステンレススクリーンで時間をかけて濾過しています。
• 温度変化や紫外線による酵素や糖分の分解・変性を防止するため収穫後から出荷直前まで-15℃の冷凍庫で保管しています。

• We are full-time beekeepers and collect honey at the best time, regardless of each season’s calendar, based on the blooming time of each flower and weather conditions.
• The honey is fully matured in the hive so that it contains as much enzymes as possible.
• The honey is filtered over time through a high-density stainless steel screen to remove impurities without heating.
• The honey is stored in a -15°C freezer from the time of harvest until just before shipping to prevent degradation and denaturation of enzymes and sugars due to temperature changes and ultraviolet rays.
